This is a medley of tunes popular during the Great War (World War I). They can all be found in the stage musical and film ’Oh! What A Lovely War’. The quintet was written for a reunion of the Machine Gun Corps at Bisley in the UK. Parts are provided for both symphonic and brass band players. The euphonium part is the same as the horn part.
