This curiosity is offered in response to a request from Sibelius user Dejan Ucakar of Ljubljana, Slovenia for something for his bassoon quartet to play. I have assumed that the 4 players are of equal ability. The piece employs 'hocketting' throughout, - a compositional device of which I am very fond.
