The Silver Swan (voice and piano)
As part of a class I took at Boston University, I was asked to write an 'art-song' for voice and piano. This is the result, a richly tonal setting of 'The Silver Swan', made famous in Gibbons' 16th century treatment. I am told that this version of the text may be his own, and so I credit Gibbons as the lyricist.
