This is the Minuetto from the second trio (1817) - a full-scale four movement work; this is the easiest of the movements. Originally scored for Violin, Viola and Cello, the Viola has the opportunity to shine in the Trio section. The Viola part also works on a second violin and the piece may be played in that version. Separate parts are available for all instruments.
