This is the subject of my Second Symphony in four movements. Mvt. 1 - 'Paranoia', Mvt. 2 -'Episodes Of Tranquility', Mvt. 3 - 'Delusions of Grandeur' and Mvt. 4 - 'Flashbacks'. If the music is disturbing, it is meant to be. Psychosis is not pleasant. All four movements are based on a single theme modified until it's purest form in the final movement.
