Trio for Organ, op. 2 was composed in 2005, and is in memory of my mother, Janet Louise Dickerson. It is written in the baroque style, and is reminiscent to the chorale prelude "Nun freut euch, lieben Christen, gemein", BWV 734 by Joh. Seb. Bach. It is a brisk and happy piece. I have included a suggested registration, but please feel free to experiment with other such registrations of the baroque period. This piece is appropriate for all occasions with the exception of the Lenten season.
