The Viennese Sonatinas for piano solo are actually arrangements from Divertimentos K 439 originally composed for Woodwind instruments.
The first movement " Allegro brillante of the first Viennese Sonatina is actually the first movement " Allegro " of the Divertimento Nr 4 K 439b.
My work as an arranger was to transcribe for an orchestra typical of Mozart (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet in Bb, 2 Bassoons, French Horn in F, Timpani in C,G and Strings) the whole 6 Sonatinas.
Here is the first movement " Allegro brillante " of the first Sonatina in C major with its 2 characteristic themas (mes. 1 in C, then 16 in G, the 2nd one beeing reexposed in C at mes. 45).
The mp3 file has been mixed down on my computer with VST instruments.
