Once upon a time, before there was disco, we used to go to dances where the music came from a live band, and they would always save up their slowest, smoochiest, most romantic waltz till the very end.
This last waltz is named after one of the main Roman roads in Britain. Not that there's anything particularly romantic about a road - not even one that's two thousand years old " but this one is quite pretty. Especially the section that goes through, or past, the picturesque old towns of Moreton-in-the-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water.
