Back in November 2000, I based this arrangement upon a solo cornet part my former boss gave me to use. Years later Geoff Kingston told me that retired colonel Duncan Beat (at Kneller Hall, the U. K. military school of music) wrote the cornet part in question. The parts are in marching band format (178 x 127 mm). Thanks to new software, as of 28 Aug 2010 I have added a pretty good synth MP3.
