A modern setting of a traditional carol, with more than a slight tip of the hat to John Rutter, SATB with piano, although the bottom line is more suited to baritones if available. Dedicated to the choir of the church of St John the Baptist, Barlaston, England, who first performed it Christmas 2004. Please feel free to copy and perform, but I would be grateful for notifications of public performances.
