I heard Bobby McFerrin's CD "Circlesongs" and thought "I should try that. So here it is.
A circlesong has a beginning but not a defined end. In this case, I want singers to improvise solos on the five notes that are used to sing the verse "See His Beauty, see the Blessed Beauty, feel the flame of that meeting". If I remember introductory statistics correctly, there should be 5x4x3x2x1 (120) possible combinations of those five notes.
After that section is sung by a soloist, then the SATB section runs and the song returns to the opening phrase of text. I have written two of the possible combinations of the five notes in the score, but don't stop there! Singers can take turns doing the solo.
The "Blessed Beauty" is a translation of a title of Bahá'u'lláh in Arabic, "Jamal-i-Mobarak".
