This was a entry for 2011 competition for new chamber scores, run by the Orchestra of St Paul’s, Covent Garden, for an event in June. Although accepted it did not win the competition. Its style is based loosely on the 18th C. concerto grosso and mixes traditional and modern tonalities which I hope a some of you will be intrigued by, and is up-beat in tone.
