This is a setting of the Song of Simeon, or Nunc dimittis, for solo voice and piano, using a modern translation of the words. It was not intended for use in its usual place in Anglican evensong, and therefore does not include a Gloria; however, it could certainly be sung there, provided you are not too fastidious about liturgical niceties. It was originally performed in a carol service, next to the reading about Jesus's presentation in the temple, but could fit in many other contexts.
