David Bourne

David Bourne is a Trumpet player who has worked for a number of orchestras and ensembles in the South East. He has worked primarily as a teacher over the past 30 years, most notably Hill House International School, Radley College, Latymer Upper school and Kings' College School Cambridge. He has arranged extensively for Brass ensembles in schools and hopes to share many of these with colleagues. He has also composed a number of pieces, which have been enjoyed by pupils at the schools. He has also studied a number of other instruments (sometimes as part of charity Grade one a thons!) which has given him an insight into other worlds. (strings and drums etc) Future projects are set to include a tutor book and a collection of well known tunes.
