Frankie Deschacht

Born in Bredene (Belgium) on 09/06/1958. Studied at the Royal Conservatories of Brussels and Ghent, became a professional performer (from church organist to jazz musician, choir master and band leader) and traveled all over Europe doing solo and group performances. Now settled in England, he did a PGCE Secondary music at the Institute of Education in London and has worked as a teacher and lecturer at various educational institutions. He also still provides private education in a number of music related subjects while trying to find time to compose and arrange. Trained as an organist he has got a love for Baroque music, especially the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and therefore he often tries his hand at writing music in Baroque style.
