Stéphane Fromageot

I am a French composer and conductor, living in Switzerland. I have a classical music education and have the following diplomas from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris: Violin, Chamber Music, Orchestration, Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue. I write for chamber ensembles as well as for a full symphonic orchestra. In 2011 I had two of my symphonic scores performed by professional orchestras. Some of my compositions are written for educational purposes, mixing the enjoyment of chamber music with performance exercise studies. I recently arranged Robert Schumann's Kreisleriana op.16 for string quartet. More romantic piano masterpieces arranged for string quartet to come!
