Members of my sax quartet have complained in the past that my compositions “aren’t tonal enough.” So this is for them: a resolutely tonal piece, with only a few peculiar steps along the way.
No one in the quartet is named Tanya, but it is 3/5 of an anagram for the name of my bari player.
