This is an easy brass quartet arrangement of the famous main theme of the 2nd movement of Dvorak's 9th symphony.
It could be played by a range of instruments reading treble clef all in either Bb or Eb (taking parts as appropriate), or maybe by a four of the same instrument. The MP3 example is of 4 trombones.
