A simple sonata for Descant (Treble or Tenor recorder) by Johann Christoph Pepusch (1667 - 1752) in four parts.
Imagine me therefor playing this sonata (the second one I was given to study by my teacher Joke Duijverman) and struggeling through the notes as an 8 year old boy. Joke Duijverman died a couple of years later and her death made a big impression to me. Perhaps doing this sonata is a bit of a dedication to this hardworking lady who dedicated her life to teaching music and not herself.
