The theme of this puece has been adapted from 'Boyne Valley Morning Suite'.
The piece begins with a fanfare of instruments signalling a druidic procession through the early morning mist, with trills from woodwind denoting morning birdcall. Closeby is the majestic Boyne river, running through ancient valley with iron age and stone age burial mounds from ancient civilizations.
The early morning sun sends a glimmer of light through the tall oak trees, here an early morning ritual gathering takes place.
The music fades as the druids disappear into the shadow of the mists.
