Chimes are an instrument primarily used as an accent to a band or orchestra, and solo literature is very scarce because of the limitations of the instrument (the ability to play only diads, the limited range, etc.). Thus I wrote this piece, both to push the limitations of the instrument and to give the percussionist who has a passion for the chimes a solo to show his skill.
Includes versions for high G and high F instruments.
