Violin II from Morris Dance Tunes
These Morris dance tunes were collected by Cecil Sharp and arranged for piano by George Butterworth, who was a keen follower of Morris dancing and was killed in the 1st World War. I have arranged them for small orchestra, and they would make a delightful novelty item in a programme, specially one related to the Great War anniversary in 1914.
