I am a part time freelance oboist, conductor and arranger. Major influences have been church music, wind bands, choirs and Amateur Operatic Societies. I tend to do things that are interesting rather than focusing on one area - an advantage of having a day job to fund the music. The disadvantage is there's never enough time. I have difficulty saying "no" so if you have anything interesting going off in the South Yorkshire area drop me a line (just don't tell my wife).
