DAVID WATTS GGSM

Guildhall School of Music 1974-1978. 1983 - 1994 worked for Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron MacIntosh on theatre and studio productions.

Composed, arranged and played on numerous commercials, record releases and TV and film projects. Work includes a feature film starring Tom Bell and Max Wall and a top 40 single.

1984 set up the Jazz Diploma Course at The Guildhall School of Music, taught music production and general musicianship.

2000-2003 produced three solo albums released and marketed throughout Europe. Commissioned to write a symphony available on Sanctuary Classics released worldwide.

Set up production company and recording studio to produce albums for Stock Music, Cornelsen and audio books for Penguin. Wrote and produced the music for two BBC documentaries, and games for the CBBC website. Composed and produced music for the Sunday Times DVD release Window On Life.

Conducted commercial recording sessions, working with the English National Orchestra, Royal Ballet Sinfonia and London Symphony Orchestra.

2012 New York label Minimal Wave re-released 80s single You Don't Know My Name on their Hidden Tapes album. Recent projects include Jack Lead plug-in and a new dance album currently in production by electro-swing band Swingoddity.
