Began as flautist performing in acoustic folk groups with further pursuits in classical music and involvement in mix of rock genres

Expanded into playing/teaching flute, soprano, alto,tenor saxes and clarinet.

Studied music at Dartington College of Arts graduating with BA(Hons)in 1984. In 2008 acquired Btech in Creative Music Technology at Deep Blue Sound studios.
