April 12, 2010 A few years ago, when I started composing, I wrote a very simple piano piece on a melody that I could play. I was recovering from a a deep depression and it was intended to gave me hope of recovery. I called it For Me as I dedicated it to myself. You can find it here: https://www.scoreexchange.com/scores/195034.html Anyhow, I am now learning to play the violin and I found that with a simple key transposition this melody is very easy to play in the violin. You don't have to move away from first position. But in the violin itself it sounded rather silly. I added a piano harmony and modified the intro and changed the ending. The result is this sweet melody, For Me 2010
