I'm currently 19 years old, and first got into music composing and performing at 17, when I bought my first guitar. Before this time, I had been a passive listener to electronic, world music, video game soundtracks, and a bit of metal. I quickly dove into studying classical, jazz, Indian classical, and more. I aim to become a professional composer and a professional guitarist, perhaps performing my own guitar concertos in front of a symphony hall audience one day soon. At the moment, I am self-taught from listening, transcribing, and reading countless theory books. I enjoy Bach and Beethoven the most in classical, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Allan Holdsworth, and Shawn Lane in jazz, Ravi Shankar, Bimillah Alah Khan, Nikhil Banerjee, Shivkumar Sharma, M Bulamarali Krishna, Nusrat Feteh Alleh Khan, Shrinivas, and countless other Indian classical musicians. From the electronic world I enjoy the Detroit 3 (Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May), Kraftwerk, Chad Petree/Jeremy Dawson, Scooter, Mark Schulz, and Soichi Terada. My favorite video game composers are Yasunori Mitsuda, Dennis Martin, and Nobuo Uematsu.
