Nick Harbourne

I started music at the beginning of year 10, at Easingwold Secondary school. At moment of print, I have only just finished that year, and can already claim great improvment in my composition. I'm influenced by a great deal of things, such as Karl Jenkins, Vivaldi and other composers, but I must say that what music I do write has an independant sound, presumably due to my inexpericance so it sounds dull and often incorrect. And people would argue that your influences appear in everything. So the only way to find out is to browse my music; some written a while back, some written recently, but all written using heart not brain. I.e., I don't know much theory, and it shows!

Please give me feedback; I do want to pursue this ambition and would gladly, openly appreciate any comments.
