Kim Peñaflor

I've been working for years as a violin tutor, performer, and conductor of the Musar String Ensemble which inspired me to pursue a music degree at the University of Baguio. During my time at the university, I was a scholar under the performing arts group, University of Baguio Chamber Orchestra, where I rose through the ranks by becoming the group's Concert Master and President. While studying I continued to work as a violin teacher and occasionally performs at different events for continued growth. I was the violist of the Baguio String Quartet and occasionally plays with my guitarist as a duo. After finishing my studies, I organized The String Serenade where I showcased my musical arranging skills. In addition to managing the group, I now serve as a member of the UB Music Department’s faculty, a venue where I continue to inspire and motivate music enthusiasts like me.
