First piece of the collection for recorder and piano, dedicated to Sabine Federspieler, this time challenging the treble recorder. The tempo designation "winterlich" comes from Sabine, because she associated snow falling on a winter-landscape while playing this.
Premiered in autumn 2002 in Vienna, since then played at several recitals and recorded on CD (together with the other two parts).
