This is a very simple song that I wrote in November 2003 as a gift for my wife's birthday. It is sweet and tender and it is supposed to play slowly and with a good deal of rubato. It is also the base melody for Crimson Second Movement, but for that I changed the time from 3/4 to 4/4. It is a really easy piece and anyone (including me) should be able to play it. If you play the left hand as block chords you still get a nice feeling for the piece.
