This piece was written for my final project for a course I took on the Holocaust. It is a piece that was written to explore individual experiences of survivors of the Holocaust. It is mainly a piece of hope; I have used suspended chords through out the piece as the sound of hope.

It was premiered April 13th, 2008 for my senior composition recital at Nazareth College in Rochester by Brittany Craver and Anna Clement on violin and Katie Burnell and John Delmonico on cello.
