This is my first original composition in 28 yrs and is experimental for my own benefit. The score might be revised at any point so please contact me for any updates.
A little background to this one … Some friends have been trying to get me to write some original music for quite a while now. I promised first of all to write a ditty for the Scottish euphonium legend, John Stark (International Euphonium Player Of The Year in 1988). Here's hoping I haven't trodden on some composers' toes with this contribution. John helped pioneer the Joseph Horovitz Concerto in performance years ago and hopefully it's playful style is captured in no more than essence in this piece!
