DSCH, Op.118 (1999) written in Freden (Germany) is an antiphon for two violins based just on 4 notes: D, Es (E-flat), C and H (B-natural) - a monogram of Dmitry Shostakovich, to whom this piece is dedicated. It was played first time on 5th December 2001 at the Vestry Hall, LCM in London by Michael Papandopoulos and Ben Craft, violins. Slightly revised in 2003. Also a version vor to celli fas been created.
