You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices.This Fantasia for Clarinet and Piano was written at the suggestion of my teacher, Philip Alderson, sometime organist,of the parish church of Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. It is my earliest composition that seems worthy of being published on Scorch Music. I have dedicated it to the memory of Clive Nash, a cousin of my wife, a clarinetist of quality. Sadly he died a some years ago whilst still in his forties. He never performed it in public, but I was grateful to him for working upon it and playing it with me at home.
