Playing this fugue with passion and energy would probably best convey what I intended in this. Its voices have a somewhat irregular pattern of entry, and this led me to try to make this more regular, but then, as as the stretto in m47 emerged, I reconsidered. Even an established, "reactionary" or too "post modernistic" genre according to some(I enjoy them anyway, of course), can become too conventional if patterns cannot yield from time to time to adaption. So, perhaps, this fugue could be called the "Displaced" Fugue in G Major.
