"In a World of Freedom (Many are not free)" is a hymn dealing with the subject of persecution. It uses a familiar hymn tune ("WYE VALLEY", Like a River Glorious). It was written for a worship service at First Baptist, Lancaster on November 11, 2007 which focused on Christian persecuted. Hundreds of churches around the world observe this day as the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. This is sponsored by The Voice of Martyrs organization (see www.persecution.com).
