I created this score for my violin students. We had no cello and an excess of violins that is why I had to do the arrangement with this peculiar instrumentation. The First Violin has the solo and the other players mainly sing the harmony. It must be played with whole hearted and felt in the soul. The goal is to be in tune and sound as one instrument playing Tchaikovsky. It has bowings and dynamics written as the composer meant them.
