Bach's 15 Inventions, BWV 772 after the Baroque practice of using or "improving " other composer's work. For example, half of the famous Passsacaglia in c theme belonged to Andre Raison- Bach added the last 4 measures. Now, I don't claim to "improve" on Bach. Just hope you enjoy a rare duet for two horns.
