'Mr Laid Back' was always relaxed, never hurried/fussed, was always on hand to calm little ones who had lost their 'bus money' or had forgotten where they were to meet their Mums and dads etc., knew where everything was, and always had the kettle boiled in the staffroom so that tea could be made in a jiffy! The dotted figure in the violins/cellos should be very laid-back, almost like a triplet, so that the whole piece has a lazy feeling to it.
