This is the second in what will become a long series of pieces forming the "Arcana" a soundtrack to a film that does not exist. It is up to the listener to decide the "storyline", and it is open to interpretation.
As for the music, this second Scene has been written with momentum as the most important aspect. Apart from the ending of course, which should be quiet and relatively calm, momentum should carry the piece, hence the quite fast tempo. As with the first Scene, the dynamics are completely at the discretion of the musicians, excepting the pianissimo which appears near the end, and should be maintained right until the final chord.
