Robert Schumann’s well-known "Tr�umerei" ("Dreaming"), is particularly well-suited for string quartet. It is the seventh selection from his famous piano collection, "Kinderszenen" ("Scenes from Childhood"), written in 1838. It is often requested for funerals.
